Tehnolog proizvodnega inženiringa lokacije / Engineer multidiscipline II
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Voditi ali sodelovati pri projektih namenjenih nadgradnji opreme, infrastrukture, objektov (npr. energetska učinkovitost, produktivnost, okoljska skladnost, vzdrževanje).
- Izvajanje FMEA in opredelitev vrste vzdrževanja za vsako opremo, glede na kritičnost opreme (HML)
- Vzpostavitev vzdrževanja za novo opremo (vključno s potrebnimi rezervnimi deli)
- Priprava metode dela za namen vzdrževanja / kalibracij
- Sodelovanja pri večjih investicijskih projektih (Uporabniške zahteve, pregled tehnične kakovosti - TQR, funkcijska specifikacija, HAZOP, PRORA, ..)
- Razvoj testne specifikacije za zagone in kvalifikacije na investicijskih projektih
- Izvedba GMP ocen tveganja (vključno z SRA)
- Samostojno upravljanje in reševanje odstopov na opremi in sistemih.
- Podpora pri notranjih in zunanjih presojah
- Priprava / vzdrževanje / potrjevanje tehnične dokumentacije (protokoli, risbe, seznami, načrti, sheme, tlorisi, izračuni, podatkovni listi ...)
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Visokošolska izobrazba tehnične ali druge ustrezne smeri.
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika in znanje lokalnega jezika.
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
- Minimalno 1 leto delovnih izkušenj v inženiringu ali proizvodnem okolju.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za ne/določen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

ENGLISH VERSION
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to activities and improvements related to equipment, utility, facility (maintenance, productivity, compliance, environmental, energy efficiency).
- Execute FMEA and define the maintenance type for each asset according to asset/equipment criticality (HML).
- Set-up maintenance for new equipment (incl. spare part needs)
- Develop/Approve method statement for maintenance / calibration
- Participate in the implementation of major capital expenditure projects (User Requirements, Technical Quality Review, constructability, FS, HAZOP, PRORA, ..).
- Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects.
- Perform GMP risk assessments (incl. Sensors SRA).
- Independently manage and resolve deviations on equipment and systems.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets...).
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering and/or production environment.
