Associate Director – Procurement/S2P IT Consultant
About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP ISBN solutions, Icertis and other procurement solutions (e.g. buying channels/marketplaces)
- Accelerate IT Projects: Focus on expanding, optimizing, and introducing new software, working closely with a distributed team.
- Partner with Business (GPO`s) to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure software lifecycle governance and documentation - xDLC requirements met
- Partner Procurement & S2P GPO`s to ensure solutions deployed meet business requirements
- Understanding the latest technology trends in the Procurement/S2P field to inform technology product roadmap
- Working closely with business partners and technology team members, supporting communications and end-user outreach where necessary
- Working closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery and assessing technology elements prior to user testing
- Partner closely with SAP , Strategic Implementation Partners,
- Responsible for managing E2E IT Demands / 2mil $ Budget Management
Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience working/consulting in Procurement/S2P technology area, e.g. Ariba, Icertis, other procurement tools
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional, self-organized teams
- Experience deploying S2P/Procurement systems and tools; .g. Ariba, Icertis, other procurement tools
- Understanding of technology trends in the Procurement/S2P area
- Experience with the SAP Ariba Cloud offering functionality and application
- Ariba Certification
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working as part of a global team
