About the Role

Main Accountabilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the continuous drug substance process and how it translates into MES Syncade
  • Providing technical expertise for MES Syncade software implementation and testing, including Syncade recipe authoring, webparts, interface configuration, user and audit trail management
  • Performing root cause investigation and correction of errors and bugs in the MES Syncade
  • Collaborating closely with local automation engineers and process experts into identifying improvements and propose solutions for MES Syncade
  • Maintaining Lifecycle documents, Functional Specifications and Test Documents
  • Training production and external personnel on MES Syncade
  • Supporting health authority inspections, audits and periodic validation reviews

What you will bring to the role:

Essential:

  • Background in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or in a related field.
  • Experience working in or with a food, drug or medical device regulated industry for at least 2 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in MES system, ideally on Syncade, for at least 3 years
  • Knowledgeable on automation lifecycle and good automation manufacturing practices
  • Ability to translate business language into automation language and vice versa

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €58,199.96 per year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
